I am inspired by wild landscapes and the magic of nature, and capturing what I see and feel is the basis of where I start with my paintings.

I love colour and texture, and whether I am working on cradled birch board, Claybord or paper, I use a combination of techniques to express the essence of what I observe.​

Both wild landscapes and nature bring me joy. Neither would exist without the other and I am in awe of both its resilience and fragility.
